beech hill: the rewilding heart of cheshire

a 27-acre embodiment & natural farming community project

growing real food, real human connection, and regenerative cultures

a brief history…

in 2016 mungo co-founded beech hill: a project to explore living more regeneratively through food-growing, embodiment, nature connection, and community.

over the years this has included:

setting up cheshire's first no dig, organic allotments site,

planting over 1000 fruit, nut, and native woodland trees,

encouraging rewilding and natural regeneration,

prioritising wildness & biodiversity,

natural bee-keeping with a semi-wild hive,

growing no dig organic veg & pasture-raised, rare-breed pigs & poultry,

practicing wild fermentation inc. sourdough baking, kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, and yoghurt,

navigating the ups and downs of living in community,

hosting workshops & retreats,

b&b,

and massage.

and like the living world around us, beech hill is continuing to evolve.
