“do not ask what the world needs. ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

– howard thurman

it is my belief – and my experience – that many of our core human needs are met not by social media, talk therapy, or the latest research articles and techniques, but by becoming more embodied, more connected with each other, and more intimately connected with the living world. by truly coming home. from that place, everything looks and feels different, and different choices become possible.

and you too, somewhere inside you, can feel this.

it takes slowing down and deeply listening to remember what's truly important in life. let the daily distractions and bustling busy-ness fall away for a while and see what remains. when you give yourself space, and choose to move towards embodiment, connection, and your own innate wholeness, see what comes into clearer focus.

life is what this is about.

empower yourself, come more fully alive, and experience a deeper sense

of your own belonging

  • wild quest & rites of passage

there are times in life when we need to remember our ground and true north. these are moments of initiatory experience, and ceremonial fasting together with others is a way of supporting the process to work more deeply.

a guided ceremony including a solo fast in a wild place. this includes preparation as a group, individual ‘threshold’ time, and return to the human community.

    - wild quest: 5 day ceremony (with 24 hour fast)

    - rite of passage: 12 day ceremony (with 4 day fast)

  • embodiment, soul & spiritual coaching

when did you last pause, take time out, and listen for the deeper currents of your life beneath the hustle and bustle? how connected do you feel with what really matters to you? what questions are you wrestling with? where are you stuck?

I work one-to-one with people to help them get clear on where they are, where they would like to be, and what are their next achievable steps.

get in touch for more details, and to feel into how we might work together.

  • prototype workshop offer: encounter group

we are relational beings. our bodies are in constant motion, towards and away, expanding and contracting. in times of challenge, we may have difficulty connecting with our vitality, flow, creativity and resilience. we may feel a stuckness in expansion or contraction.

integrating diverse practices including council, contact improvisation, fire ceremony, intuition walks, storytelling, somatics, play, join this experience to more deeply encounter yourself, others, and the land.
